Parking Free parking is available at the Waldron Parking Deck (take the 18th St. exit on LSD), and shuttles will take you to the event space. $10 reduced parking is also available at McCormick Lot B- with printed parking pass (linked in attendee guidebook)
Arrival Doors open at 7:30, Registration begins at 8:00am and sessions begin at 8:30am
Schedule Make sure you build your schedule on SCHED and print/bring your schedule or use the SCHED mobile app
Food Coffee is being generously provided by the Fund. Lunch will be available for purchase on the 4th floor outside of the ballroom, and at Connies and Starbucks on floor 2.5. (As well as 23rd St. Cafe on 3rd floor on July 16th).
Attire Don’t forget to wear your school swag on Day 2- Tuesday July 16th!
